The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction in using goods delivery services at PT JNE Bandar Lampung in 2016. Population in this research is all service consumer of PT JNE Bandar Lampung. Sampling technique that is accidental sampling by using formula of Joseph F. Hair obtained sample of 90 respondents. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. Data collection was done by using questionnaire.
