This study aimed to determine the leadership style and work environment on employee satisfaction in Sub Department Werehouse PT Japfa Comfeed Tanjung Bintang Lampung Selatan. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The research subjects were the employee of Sub Department Werehouse PT Japfa Comfeed Tanjung Bintang Lampung Selatan. The population in this study amounted to 55. The hypotheses analyzed used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.
