This research aimed to determine the influence of service quality dimention toward customer satisfaction. Population of the research were 85 students. Using Slovins formula with simple random sampling, it is obtained a sample of 70 students. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, expost facto approach and survey method. Hypothesis were analyzed using linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality dimention: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles toward customer satisfaction in Al Qolam Institution of Guidance and Learning Consultation Campus C Bandar Lampung for academic year 2015/2016 to elaborate both ...
