The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Products, Price, Promotion And Quality Of Service Against Consumer Satisfaction In Bandang Flower Mayang Bandar Lampung Year 2017/2018. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study amounted to 464 consumers. The samples obtained are 82 consumers and sampling technique is accidental sampling. The result of research shows, there is influence: 1. Product partially to consumer satisfaction 2.
