Sisntesis ferit spinel MFeO4(M=Fe, Ni, Zn) nanokristalin dengan metode kopresipitasi dan karakterisasinya

Ferit spinel FerOa, NiFe204, ZnFe204, dan Nio5Zno,5Fe20,| nanokristalin telah berhasil disintesis dengan metoda kopresipistasi yang menggunakan pelarut HNO3 dan NaOH. Serbuk hasil pengendapan selanjutnya dikalsinasi pada suhu 450 °C dan 600°C selama 1 jam, yang menghasilkan fasa spinel dengan fraksi volume antara 31,4 - 88,6 % dan ukuran kristal 15-45 nm berdasarkan hasil pengukuran difraksi sinar-X. Pertumbuhan fasa spinel disertai terbentuknya fasa impuritas Fe2Ov Dari pengamatan SEM diketahui bahwa ukuran partikel serbuk rerata 294 nm. Sementara dari pengukuran magnetik diperoleh hasil bahwa induksi magnet remanen terbesar Br = 0,12 kG/gr dan medan koersivitas Hc = 0,08 kOe/gr dicapai oleh kristal Ni() 5Zno 5Fe204, sedangkan nilai minimum dari Br = 0 kG/gr dan Hc = 0,002 kOe/gr ditunjukkan oleh kristal ZnFe204. ============================================================================================== The nanocrystalline FciQi, NiFe2C>4, ZnFe2C>4, and Ni() 5Zno sFe204 spinel ferrites have been successfully synthesized by using copresipitation method, employing the solvents of HNOi and NaOI I. The precipitated powders were then calcinated at 450 °C and 600°C for I hour. The resulted powders exhibited the spinel phase with volume fraction ranging from 31.4 - 88.6 % and with crystal size of 15 - 45 nm according to the XRD examinations. The impurity phase was also identified to be Fe2Cb. From the SEM image, the ferrites powders have the average size of around 294 nm. Meanwhile, The highest remnant magnetic induction B, = 0,12 kG/gr and coercive field Hc = 0,08 kOc/gr is achieved by the Nio5Zn(l5Fe2C)4 crystal, whereas the minimum ones (Br = 0 kG/gr, Hc = 0,002 kOe/gr) is shown by the ZnFe204 crystal
