Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi ukuran partikel filler dan komposisi matriks terhadap sifat mekanik komposit SR/NR untuk aplikasi tread pada airless tires. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sintesa komposit natural rubber/synthetic rubber dengan komposisi 90/10, 50/50, dan 10/90, kemudian masing-masing komposisi diberikan filler berupa agregat dari ban bekas dengan ukuran 140 µm, 224 µm, dan 280 µm. Synthetic rubber yang digunakan adalah SBR. Setelah bahan dicetak menjadi spesimen uji untuk diuji berupa FTIR, tensile, hardness, dan Thermal gravimetry analysis.
