Water becomes a more serious problem in which watering is so essential to obtain optimal crop. However, in some areas, it becomes a problem in which the waterflow cannot fulfill the needs of every rice fields. It is caused by some factors; one of them is the lack of water along the flow to the rice field. One of the areas having this problem is Western Seram or Seram Bagian Barat (SBB) Regency which is located in Seram Island. There are some problems happening in Kairatu I irrigation area in which the waterflow is not sufficient in some rice field compartments, especially on dry season.
