In the research of the brain, the most complex organ of the human body, its function can be studied through the analysis of Evoked Potentials (EP). This evoked activity can be reproduced in a diverse way and recorded with an Electroencephalogram (EEG). One technique to evoke potentials is the Trancranial Magentic Stimulation (TMS), but the action of it results in many artifacts in the EEG that overlap the EP and difficult its proper analysis. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the line noise artifact in TMS-EEG data by researching its origins and, then, introduce and evaluate the existing correction methods.
