This project analyzes the current wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of a ready-to-eat food company production site with the aim of optimizing it to pour water with the highest quality possible.To do this, the systems that make up the station are studied one by one. Initially, the amount of rainwater that the WWTP must treat is analyzed and it is justified why a new accumulation pit should be created. For the analysis ofthe dimensioning of the pipes, the Stock’s law is applied and the Absel software is used in order to study the impulse pumps. Thanks to this, the diameter that the pipes must have is determined. In addition, Henry's law allows analyzing the dissolved air flotation system to check if it is well dimensioned.
