Evolución del cultivo del olivar en la comarca de Estepa: nuevas perspectivas

The cultivation of the olive grove in the region of Estepa is a big economic potency, who has suffers many changes. Through the technification of the field and the good agrarian practices promoted, an important economic activity is guaranteed The target of this work is to study how the cultivation of the olive tree has evolved in the Estepa region. From the moment that the cooperatives implant to themselves, there are promoted new agricultural practices based on a major modernization and consequently an adaptation of the same one. For it there gathers information different agricultural practices carried out in the olive grove, macroeconomic information is compiled, as of the surfaces and agricultural productions, evaluating of the cultivation of the olive grove around the region of Estepa-Sierra Sur of Seville. By means of the study that is carried out, it is possible to perceive the tendency that is following a cultivation as ancient as is the olive grove. It is possible to interpret that thanks to the new technologies and the creations of the cooperatives that join the farmers, the olive grove is a cultivation with a lot of future and economic growth.El cultiu de l'olivera a la zona de la comarca d'Estepa és una gran potència econòmica, que ha sofert una sèrie de canvis. A partir de la tecnificació del camp i las bones pràctiques agràries promogudes, es garantitza una activitat econòmica important. L'objectiu d'aquest treball és estudiar com ha evolucionat el cultiu de l'olivera a la comarca d'Estepa. A partir del moment que s'implanten les cooperatives, es promouen noves pràctiques agrícoles basades en una major tecnificació i en conseqüència una adaptació d'aquest. Per dur-lo a terme es recull informació de diferents pràctiques agrícoles dutes a terme en el cultiu, es recullen dades macroeconòmiques com les superfícies i produccions agrícoles, avaluant el cultiu de l'olivera entorn a la comarca d'Estepa-Sierra Sur de Sevilla. Mitjançant l'estudi que es dur a terme, es pot percebre la tendència que segueix un cultiu, tant antic com és l'olivera. Es pot interpretar que gràcies a les noves tecnologies i les creacions de cooperatives que engloba a tots els agricultors, l'olivar és un cultiu amb molt futur i creixement econòmic.El cultivo del olivar en la zona de la comarca de Estepa es una gran potencia económica, el cual ha sufrido una serie de cambios. A través de la tecnificación del campo y las buenas prácticas agrarias promovidas, se garantiza una actividad económica importante. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar cómo ha evolucionado el cultivo del olivo en la comarca de Estepa. A partir del momento que se implantan las cooperativas, se promueven nuevas prácticas agrícolas basadas en una mayor tecnificación y en consecuencia una adaptación del mismo. Para ello se recoge información de distintas prácticas agrícolas llevadas a cabo en el olivar, se recopilan datos macroeconómicos, como de las superficies y producciones agrícolas, evaluando el cultivo del olivar entorno a la comarca de Estepa-Sierra Sur de Sevilla. Mediante el estudio que se lleva a cabo, se puede percibir la tendencia que está siguiendo un cultivo tan antiguo como es el olivar. Se puede interpretar que gracias a las nuevas tecnologías y las creaciones de cooperativas que unen a los agricultores, el olivar es un cultivo con mucho futuro y crecimiento económico
