In this work, the machine learning methods for different projections of cellular data will be investigated. Using the real LTE cellular data traces, the hot spot predictions or dead zone predictions can be done to plan the network accordingly a priori.The main idea of this project is to analyze a 4G network and to develop methods to predict its resource use based on the historical data. To achieve that, we have used techniques of Machine Learning. For the development of the project we have collaborated with one of the main telecommunication operators in Europe, who provided the different data of a production network from the center of a European capital.
