This fact hinders optimum coordination of rescue actions and communication between field teams and its respective control centers. In order to solve the above problem, it has been created the ABSOLUTE project. This involves the deployment of a UMTS/LTE/Wi-Fi/D2D communications system with access to outer networks through a satellite link.
