[ANGLÈS] (...) Nowadays, the existing guides and recommendations propose calculating shear capacity by adding the contribution of the concrete and the passive reinforcement. In FRP reinforced elements, existing models propose calculating the new capacity by adding the external strength provided by the FRP to the shear capacity of the beam without reinforcement. Nevertheless, it is not considered a possible interaction between concrete, passive reinforcement and external strengthening.
