In this work, we use low magnification microscopy and white light interferometry (WLSI) to perform 3D reconstructions of the surfaces of two monofocal intraocular lenses (IOLs). With the 3D reconstructions, we estimated the geometrical parameters via an optimization procedure with the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. In addition, we estimated the optical powers of each surface and calculated the total optical powers of the intraocular lenses. The results of the total powers agree with the data reported by the manufacturer.Peer Reviewe
