The purpose of this communication is to introduce the training model of the Degree of the Faculty of Social Education and Social Work, University Tarrés Pere Ramon Llull, once they have developed the first three years of undergraduate degrees. We intend to present the common generic skills in all the subjects and methodologies and activities used to facilitate students learning process. First, we note that our proposal follows the new educational model, proposed in Bologna, where student activity is one of the vector of their formative process and on the other hand allow us to give a quantum leap in training offered for future social action professionals.
