Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Kelengkapan Imunisasi TT Ibu Hamil Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tawaeli Kota Palu

ABSTRACT Background TT injections are given during pregnancy to prevent tetanus neonatorum, which is the leading cause of infant death in many developing countries. In Central Sulawesi in 2010 there were 2 Tetanus Neonatrum Cases. From the data obtained at Tawaeli Public Health Center, the coverage of TT immunization in the working area of puskesmas in 2015 amounted to (51,4%) and in 2016 (41,96%), which is still below of the target of 85%. Objective The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the completeness of immunization of tetanus toxoid in the working area of Tawaeli Puskesmas Palu. Method The type of this research is quantitative method with Cross Sectional approach. Total population is 301 respondents, and the sampels obtained 76 responses by using stratified random sampling technique. Result showed mothers immunized hamyl full TT is 30 respondents (39,5%) and were not immunized TT fullis 46 respondents (60,5%). Conclusion The conclusion of this research is the relationship of education,economic status, knowledge, family support in the use of immunization TT in the work area of Public Health Center Tawaeli sub-district Palu City. Suggested It is expected for pregnant women to be diligent checkups to neighborhood health center or local health clinic and is also expected to community health centers to improve knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of TT immunization to pregnancy. Keywords: Immunization TT completeness factor ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Suntikan TT diberikan selama kehamilan untuk mencegah tetanus neonatorum, yang merupakan penyebab utama kematian bayi di banyak negara berkembang. Di Sulawesi Tengah pada tahun 2010 terdapat 2 Kasus Tetanus Neonatrum. Dari data yang didapatkan di Puskesmas Tawaeli, cakupan imunisasi TT diwilayah kerja puskesmas pada tahun 2015 sebesar (51,4%) dan pada tahun 2016 sebesar (41,96%), dimana masih dibawah target 85%. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan Kelengkapan Imunisasi Tetanus Toksoid di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tawaeli Kota Palu. Metode Penelitian jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah populasi yaitu 301 responden, didapatkan sampel yaitu 76 respon dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil yang mendapatkan imunisasi TT lengkap adalah 30 responden (39,5%) dan yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi TT lengkap adalah 46 responden (60,5%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara pendidikan, status ekonomi, pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan kelengkapan imunisasi TT di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tawaeli Kota Palu. Saran diharapakn kepada ibu hamil agar rajin memeriksakan kehamilannya ke posyandu ataupun puskesmas setempat dan juga diharapkan kepada puskesmas untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai manfaat imunisasi TT untuk kehamilannya.
