Governança para o Ecossistema da Ciência Aberta: Modelo teórico baseado na análise da prontidão

It presents a governance proposal for open science highlighting the dimensions to be considered, the social actors and actions pertinent to each of them from a broad view of the scientific ecosystem. The bibliographical research on the readiness to open data found, among different proposals, the methodology developed by the World Bank, called Open Data Readiness Assessment (ODRA) or Open Data Readiness Assessment, which is dedicated to the task of evaluating the level of readiness to open data. This proposal for governance, based on the basic principles of open science, seeks to strengthen the ties of the scientific community in its internal context and with society, which in turn was at the same time the source and destination of "scientific making"
