Situación laboral de los bibliotecarios en la República Argentina. Un primer acercamiento -Informe Final-

For lack of data on the employment status of librarians in Argentina began a survey from the Legal Committee of the Assembly Pro-Union Library. Its aim was to collect information and to reflect, in the first instance, the current professional reality nationwide. At the invitation they responded library 447 (7.83% of the population librarian), spread by personal and institutional emails and different lists of national interest. This allowed to collect sufficient data totales- but not to initiate a preliminary study of the various work situations. We analyzed levels of training, different jobs, categorization in the labor market, wages, contract agencies, etc. A summary of qualitative responses to the questionnaire that enrich the comments on the type of contract, working conditions, and health organizations is presented. It is research for an upcoming data discrimination based on geographic location of professional workers
