BibliotecaRI@S innovadores: visiones para una actitud formadora

The libraries are and should be integrated sociocultural spaces that promote free access to reading and information to all citizens, without discrimination. They must: base its principles on human rights, to support education at all levels; creating and strengthening reading habits; stimulating the imagination and creative potential in children, youth and adults; promote understanding of diverse cultures, defend public spaces-consolidating training and strengthening dialogue to help shape an inclusive citizenship. Facing the new challenges of the digital culture, should also be found refurbished models management, information dissemination and continuing education of its members and bibliotecari@s; but, from a teacher look how that training should be visionary challenge - in the new library professionals - according to the social mission that should have the same, today
