Potnia: una herramienta para directorios temáticos basada en Dublin Core y Topic Maps.

It shows the development of a data processing tool, called Potnia, inclusive of the standard proposed by the DCMI (Dublin Core Metadata Initiative) and the topic maps paradigm registered to ISO 13250:2003. The proposal is divided into six sections: rationale and objectives, scenario building methodology, integration of both markup languages using RDF (Resource Description Framework); improvements over a previous version, and conclusions
