Los Archivos: Una experiencia de reconciliaciòn

The conflict in Colombia that is immersed now and in recent years because of political, economic and social problems at once have caused the outbreak of violent acts and to create conditions of poverty, social inequality and hence violation of Human Rights, requires that those who have experienced the consequences of conflict as members of society and also do part of a group of people interested in studying the social sciences we stop along the way to analyze and reflect on each of the aforementioned aspects aiming to contribute in improving the situation. Given that after the enactment of the Law of Justice and Peace in 2005, the Colombian people has witnessed several developments channeled by one party to facilitate the peace process and the other to guarantee the rights of victims to truth, justice and reparation, this research aims to identify five of the armed conflict in Colombia: Civilian population, The State, the guerrillas, paramilitaries, and drug trafficking largely to analyze each of these, from an archival perspective, the factors that may contribute to the construction of a process of reconciliation of victims and improving the human rights situation
