The literature will be interconnected by citation, author, and keyword/subject links, allowing users to access and navigate online open archives. Ε-prints will help the scholarly and scientific literature, eventually, to be free from cost barriers and institutions will be able to create E-print archives in which their authors can self-archive all their refereed papers for free, for all and forever!
