Modalidades de acceso al documento primario en las Bibliotecas de Ciencias de Argentina.

The aim of this work is to offer a panorama of the current situation of the access to the primary document in the Libraries of Science in Argentina. There are described the methodologies and the most frequent problems in the libraries of different level of development to obtain the document. In a wide context appears the situation of the Information Policy in the Technological Scientist area, and on the other hand the actions and / or recent projects that have facilitated the access to the information, such as the Net of University Interconnection and the Program called Fund for the Improvement the University Quality. Finally some offers are realized to facilitate the access to the information, increased the degree of satisfaction of the users and minimizing the costs by cooperative activities
