This paper (A study of the users' profile, information needs and information literacy program: Case study of the Library of the School of Philosophy and Letters at the Chihuahua Autonomous University) carries out a profile in an interdisciplinary area of humanities in which school named Philosophy and Letters one can find four undergraduate programs: Philosophy, Spanish Letters, English Language, and Information Sciences, its population is 469 students in total.
