To have knowledge entails communication as communicating in any subject requires to be informed upon that subject. Communication and information, both are contained within each other throughout the history. It has been observed that many conceptual changes developing together with communication technologies have caused variations in career fields and mission definitions. Librarianship and information services are the most affected and developed professions in the process of transformation. Information centers are remaining same as title or type, however, job models are changing and new titles are revealing. In the variation phase, information comes out as new added value. New concepts and information needs change and develop information services and communication technologies. In this paper, changes in developing information services, new concepts along with facts, and expectations will be mentioned in connection with changing communication technologies
