Nuevas tecnologías de la información: problemas éticos fundamentales

The current situation concerning information technologies is reviewed, based on the identification of the main issues ethically affecting the users community. The unequal access to information is highlighted as a major ethical problem of today that is the origin of a new social class: the rich in information. It is concluded that the relation ethics / new technologies should not be reduced merely to the theoretical aspect, but it must be common practice for individuals, organizations and states
