Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan, keadilan gaji, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi perusahaan. 2) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan keadilan gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini mencakup 120 karyawan yang dipilih dari semua departemen di perusahaan.
