Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang pesat dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan brand pariwisata Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk memperkenalkan merek ini adalah melalui Electronic Word of Mouth pada wisatawan menggunakan instagram dan Facebook. Electronic Word of Mouth diakui dapat menarik minat wisatawan sehingga dapat memprovokasi minat dan keputusan wisatawan untuk mengunjungi tujuan wisata.
