Behaviour scenarios in the situation of provocation aggression elementary school pupils with various styles hostility attribution / I.A. Fourmanov

In article the interrelation hostility attributions and scenarios of children’s behavior in a situation of provocation of aggression is discussed. It has been established, prevailing cognitive styles used by younger schoolboys for an explanation of the reasons of behaviour of contemporaries in a situation of provocation of aggression, are nonhostility and accidental attributions, and also propensity to a forgiveness. Younger schoolboys without dependence from a sex have propensity to choose strategy of passive aggression and assertive reactions. At the same time, it has been established that boys resort to a choice of active aggression, and the girl - flight/ retirement is more often. Active aggression in a provocation situation gets out at hostility and intentional attributions, and also at decision-making on severe punishment of the provoker. The choice of scenarios of passive aggression and the suppressed aggression is carried out at an estimation of actions of the contemporary as not hostile, accidental and not demanding punishment.
