The purpose of the work is development of system crisis financial management on example JSC « Lesohimik». Dur- ing the work analyzed the financial condition of JSC "Lesohimik, reviewed the organizational structure of enterprise, showed characteristics of the products, the technological process of production, based on alternative methods assessed the probability of bankruptcy of the plant. As a result of the work studied the theoretical foundations of the financial crisis management, diagnostics performed financial position of OAO "Lesohimik" and developed a system of crisis management in the enterprise
