An impedance method has been developed to measure electrophysical properties of highly polar liquids. This method was used to calculate the electrophysical properties of a near-electrode layer for an interdigitated type capacitance meter which electrodes were covered with nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide and are in an aqueous salt solution.
