The article is dedicated to the problem of foundation of the first scientific and educational societies which dealt with the protection of historical and cultural treasures of Belarus. Based on the factual historical data it gives the analysis of the activities of Minsk society of history and antiquity at the beginning of 20-s in the XX th century. = Посвящена проблеме возникновения первых научно-просветительских обществ по изучению и охране памятников истории и культуры Беларуси.
