Peningkatan Keterampilan Lompat Jangkit Melalui Media Pembelajaran

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of learning the jump skills through learning media for students of SMP Negeri 1 Adiluwih Pringsewu. The method used in the implementation of this research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 32 students of grade VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Adiluwih totaling 32 students. the results of the analysis obtained there is an increase in conditions from the initial observation to the first cycle using cardboard, the second cycle using a hulaop, and the third cycle using a rubber band. From the assessment of all aspects of learning, the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes acquired in the initial jump (39%), Cycle I (59%), Cycle II (72%), and Cycle 3 (91%), so that the initial condition improvement to Cycle III was (57%).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan lompat jangkit melalui media pembelajaran pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Adiluwih Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Adiluwih berjumlah 32 siswa. hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan kondisi dari observasi awal ke siklus I yang menggunakan alat kardus, siklus II menggunakan alat hulahop, dan siklus III menggunakan alat karet gelang. Dari penilaian seluruh aspek pembelajaran diperoleh prosentase ketuntasan hasil belajar lompat jangkit pada kondisi awal (39%), Siklus I (59%), Siklus II (72%), dan Siklus 3 (91%), sehingga peningkatan kondisi awal ke Siklus III sebesar (57%). kata kunci : peningkatan, keterampilan lompat jangkit, media pembelajara
