After the promulgation of the Directive 2003/86/EC on the right of family reunification (and its respective transpose to Spanish regulation), the objective of this project is to analyze the current application of a process that is preceded by migration policies of the European Union which are applicable to all third country nationals, establishing a community regime, for those who are European citizens and an extra-eu nationals regime. It consist on a right to which third country nationals can apply, when they stay legally in a European member state territory, by regrouping their family members with them.
