TDAH: intervención en un estudio de caso único para la mejora del déficit atencional y ortográfico en el aula

Codi: MP1040.A single case study has been carried out where a thorough analysis of the ADHD and the psychopedagogical intervention that has been carried out with a 12-year-old child with predominant ADHD with inattention. The symptoms that he presents are the internal motor hyperactivity and attention deficit which affect him negatively in the educational field specifically in the Valencian subject. The intervention has been carried out during two and a half months in the school context of the subject; Evaluation tests have been performed both in pre-intervention and post-intervention. The intervention is based on the one hand, on the study and practice of orthographic rules, and on the other hand, in the implementation of games and worksheets in order to stimulate attention, reduce the degree of attention deficit and the spelling mistakes. Finally, it must be said that the results of the evaluation show an improvement, since to a greater or lesser extent, the time spent and errors shown in the attention tests has been reduced, as well as the number of spelling errors.Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de caso único donde se expone un análisis profundo del TDAH y la intervención psicopedagógica que se ha llevado a cabo con un niño de 12 años con TDAH predominante con falta de atención. Los síntomas que presenta son la hiperactividad motora interna y el déficit de atención, que le perjudican negativamente en el ámbito educativo, en concreto en la materia de valenciano. La intervención se ha llevado a cabo durante dos meses y medio en el contexto escolar del sujeto; se han realizado pruebas de evaluación tanto en la pre-intervención como en la post-intervención. La intervención está basada, por un lado en el estudio y la práctica de las reglas ortográficas, y por otro lado en la realización de juegos y fichas con el objetivo de estimular la atención, reducir el grado de déficit de atención y las faltas ortográficas. Por último, cabe decir que los resultados de la evaluación muestran una mejora, ya que en mayor o menor medida, el tiempo empleado y los errores mostrados en las pruebas de atención se ha reducido, así como el número de faltas ortográficas
