Elderly trust in welfare : A quantitative study on how interaction with home help services and need assessors influences trust in welfare A large number of studies have shown that trust in societal institutions is the foundation of a stable and developing society. Trust is highly important for economic growth and for expanding social services to a population. But what affects trust in institutions?
