Due to the era of digitalization increased demands have been set upon businesses to stay up-to-date, being adaptive, flexible and innovative which contributes to a higher focus on learning at the workplace. To cope with these demands organizations have begun using e-learning platforms. This study is based on a case where we, in collaboration with a global organization, have been looking closer at a group of leaders’ experiences regarding their usage of the e-learning platform LinkedIn Learning.
