Inträdet på arbetsmarknaden - En studie om upplevelser från integrationsprocessen

The aim of this study was to explore experiences of motivation during the entry to the labor market from first generation immigrants. This study is empirically based on stories obtained from unstructured interviews with six people. These individuals have experienced migration to Sweden and established themselves in the labor market. José Alberto Diaz’s (1993) individualistic theoretical framework and Riyadh Al-Baldawi (2014) concept “The phase of recipient country” was used to analyse the material. The conclusion was that it seems to be a dynamic relationship between languages, social contexts and work. The language spoken of the individuals seems to develop with the entry of the labor market. The social context seems to increase in the same way, which could be interesting for further discussion. A further conclusion based on the material was the importance of an early entry into the labor market or internship in a work environment, which seems to increase integration variety of areas
