KAJIAN RENDAHNYA PARTISIPASI SUAMI (PUS) SEBAGAI AKSEPTOR KB DI DESA TANJUNG SARI

This study aims to determine the causes of the low participation of reproductive age couple as acceptors in Tanjung Sari District of South Lampung Natar. This research study is involving couples of childbearing age who do not use contraceptives tool and have had children at least 1 year of 2014. The research was descriptive research. The object of research are couples of childbearing age in the village of Tanjung Sari District of South Lampung Natar. Collecting data using structured interview techniques and documentation. The results showed that (1) the husband couples of childbearing age have less knowledge about family planning (2) husband couples of childbearing age have a low income (3) husband couples of childbearing age have a positive perception of the value of the child (4) and husband couples of childbearing age have a negative attitude towards contraception.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya partisipasi pasangan usia subur sebagai akseptor KB di Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan. Kajian penelitian melibatkan pasangan usia subur yang tidak menggunakan alat kontasepsi dan telah memiliki anak minimal 1 Tahun 2014. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian adalah pasangan usia subur di Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) suami PUS memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang KB (2) suami PUS memiliki pendapatan yang rendah (3) suami PUS memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap nilai anak (4) dan suami PUS memiliki sikap yang negatif terhadap alat kontrasepsi.Kata kunci: partisipasi, pendapatan, pengetahuan, persepsi, sikap
