The aim of our essay was to examine how persons working within social services, municipal psychiatry and county council psychiatry in Hässleholm understand collaboration between the organisations when it comes to clients who have an abuse problem combined with a mental disorder. We have found the following questions useful: 1. How is the collaboration between the organisations described and what possibilities and obstacles for collaboration are there? 2. How do the personnel describe the ideal collaboration? 3. How do the organisations demarcate responsibility between them? We have made an explorative study using qualitative interviews.
