The purpose of this essay is from a group of employees examine whether there is any relationship between an individual's ability to choose physical place to work at and the degree of subjective well-being. The survey was conducted in four different organizations with a total of 34 participants, 19 women and 15 men. The study consisted of a two-part questionnaire in which the first dealt with questions surrounding physical workplace, working hours and how much the individual worked on other places. The second part consisted of Ryff's well-being test.
