Sea resources such as small fish actually had large potencies for protein sources. Silage is a kind of simple process to make it usefull. There are two ways making silage. First acid silage, second biological silage. It’s used for food in husbandary and fisheries.The research aim’s were made biological silage, determined and identified lactic acid bacteria from silage. The method is descriptive explorative. The result showed, there were three kinds of species lactic acid bacteria : Lactobacillus sp., Lauconostoc sp. and Pediococcus sp
