Abstract : The background of this research by the poor performance of students learning on Civic Educatio, from 22 students there are 14 students who scored below the minimum completeness criteria (63,7%). The purpose of this research is to know whether the improvemen in learning Ciciv Education can be pursued through cooperative learning model type two stay two stray. Kind of this research is a class act who performed a total of 2 cycles, each cyle consist of 3 steps which are 1) action planning, 2) implementation of the action and observation, and 3) reflectio. The research subject are 22 students of fifth graders. The data collection techniques are test, observation sheet, and skill of student learing outcomes. The result shows there is a rise on Civic Education Learning outcomes using cooperative learning model type two stay two stray. The result of comparison between cycles is completeness pre-cycle 36,3% the average66,7. First cycle is 68,2%, avarage score increases to 71,8. Second cycle 90,9% the avarage score is 77,5. So, it can be concluded that the application cooperative learing model type two stay two stray is able to improve students Civic Education learing outcomes in fifth graders of Caturanom Elementary School. Abstrak : Latar belakang penelitian ini oleh buruknya kinerja pembelajaran siswa pada Civic Educatio, dari 22 siswa terdapat 14 siswa yang memiliki skor di bawah kriteria kelengkapan minimum (63,7%). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peningkatan pembelajaran Civic Education dapat ditempuh melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas yang melakukan total 2 siklus, masing-masing cyle terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu 1) perencanaan tindakan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan dan observasi, dan 3) refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 22 siswa kelas lima. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes, lembar observasi, dan keterampilan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar kewarganegaraan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe dua tinggal dua nyasar. Hasil perbandingan antara siklus adalah kelengkapan pra-siklus 36,3% rata-rata 66,7. Siklus pertama adalah 68,2%, kenaikan rata-rata meningkat menjadi 71,8. Siklus kedua 90,9% skor rata adalah 77,5. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi koperasi model learing tipe two stay two stray ini mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas lima SD Caturanom.
