PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENERAPKAN METODE STAD MELALUI PEMBINAAN BERDASARKAN SUPERVISI BAGI GURU KELAS SD NEGERI I KEMADOHBATUR UPTD PENDIDIKAN KECAMATAN TAWANGHARJO KABUPATEN GROBOGAN PADA SEMESTER I TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Abstract: The purpose of this school action research is to describe the improvement of the ability to apply STAD learning(Student Teams-Achievment Division) through Continuing Coaching for SDN I Classroom UPTD Education teachers inTawangharjo District, Grobogan District in the first semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year. The subject of the studywas the teacher of SDN I Kemadohbatur UPTD Education, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency, totaling 6 Teachers.The object of this research is the ability of the teacher to apply the STAD learning model. The School Action Research wasconducted at SDN I Kemadohbatur Elementary School UPTD Education Tawangharjo District Grobogan District. Duringthe study in the first semester of the 2016/2016 academic year, on August 22 until November 23, 2016. After conductingresearch starting from the pre-cycle activities to the cycle II, it can be concluded that through continuous coaching theability to apply the STAD learning model (Student Teams-Achievment Division) for SDN I Kemadohbatur UPTDEducation teachers in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan District in the first semester of the 2016/2016 academic yearincreased. In detail these improvements are: 1). From the pre-cycle activities to the first cycle the score increased from anaverage of 5.81 to 27.83, with a number of score increases of 22. And if the percentage of pre-cycle activities was 14.58%to 69.58, so the increase in pre-cycle to cycle I 55%. 2) From cycle I to cycle II, the score increased from an average of27.83 to 37.83, with a number of score increases of 10. And if the percentage of pre-cycle activities was 55% to 94.58, sothe increase in cycle I to cycle II is 39.58%. 3) From the pre-cycle activities to cycle II the score increased from an averageof 5.81 to 37.83, with the number of scores increasing by 32.02. And if the percentage of pre-cycle activities is 14.58% to94.58 in the second cycle, so that the increase from pre-cycle to cycle II is 80%
