This article is the result of a research which aims at improving student's attentiveness in Civic Education learning on fourth grade students of SD Negeri Trombol II Mondokan, Sragen, through mind map method. This is a classroom action research with two cycles; each consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The data were collected through documentation, observation, interview, and test. The validity of data was confirmed through source and method triangulation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model consisting of four components; data collecting, data reducing, data display, and conclusion drawing.
