PENGGUNAAN METODE SOSIODRAMA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MEMAHAMI ISI CERITA

Abstract: The objective of this research is to improve the story content comprehension skills through the sociodrama learning method. This research used the classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were the students and the teacher. The sources of the data of the research were the students in Grade V, their class teacher, learning activities, and documents. The data of the research were gathered through observation, test, interview, and content analysis. The data were validated by using the data triangulation and the method triangulation. The conclusion is the use of sociodrama can improve the story content comperehension skills in Grade V of State Primary School of Pesantren.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan memahami isi cerita melalui penggunaan metode Sosiodrama. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa dan guru. Sumber data berasal dari siswa kelas V, guru kelas V, kegiatan pembelajaran, dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data digunakan observasi, tes, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data dan metode. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan Sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan keterampilan memahami isi cerita siswa kelas V SDN Pesantren.Kata kunci : keterampilan memahami isi cerita, metode Sosiodrama.
