PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DALAM PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SDN BOROWETAN TAHUN AJARAN 2012/2013

Abstract: Cooperative Learning Model Application Type in Improving Learning Result STAD Mathematics at Fourth Grade Student in State Elementary School Borowetan 2012/2013. This study aims to: Describe the aplication of cooperative learning in the learning STAD and challengs and solution. This research is a classroom action reasearch (CAR). This study was conducted in 3 cycles consisting of planing, action, observation, and reflecation. Subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Borowetan school year 2012/2013, amounting to 26 student, consisting of 18 men an 8 women. Source of data derived from observation, observer, and researcher. Techniques of data collection is trough observation, interviewa and test. The conclusion of this study is the results showed that the application of the model STAD cooperative learning results in increased operating inter Borowetan Elementary School fourth grade student has increased. Number of students who achieve a grade of 75 in the first cycle as much as 35%, 67,5% the second cycle and third cycle of 88,5%. Keywords: Model STAD Cooperative, Improving Learning Result, Mathematics Abstrak: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas IV SD N Borowetan 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran STAD dan kendala beserta solusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD N Borowetan tahun ajaran 2012/2013, yang berjumlah 26 siswa, terdiri 18 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, observer, dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Kesimpulan daripenelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD pada operasi hitung bilangan bulat siswa kelas IV SD N Borowetan mengalami peningkatan. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai nilai 75 pada siklus I sebanyak 35%, siklus II 67,5%, dan siklus III 88,5%. Kata Kunci: Model Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, Matematik
