PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION DALAM PENINGKATAN PEMBELAJARAN IPS SISWAKELAS IV SD

Abstract: The use of Model Cooperative Learning type Group Investigation in Improved Learning Elementary Social Studies in Fourth Grade. This study aims to: describe the process of learning, increase learning IPS. The research was conducted in three cycles. The subjects were all fourth grade students of SDN 2 Tlogodepok totaling 15 students. Data sources come from students, researchers, colleagues, and documents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The validity of data using triangulation techniques and triangulation of sources. Analysis of the data used by the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the use of cooperative learning model group type investigation, it can improve the process and learning outcomes in the fourth grade social. Keywords: Group Investigation, Learning, IPS. Abstrak: Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS di Kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan: mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran,peningkatan pembelajaran IPS.Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tlogodepok yang berjumlah 15siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, peneliti, teman sejawat, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes,dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dantriangulasi sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation, dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPS di kelas IV.
