This study was aimed to describe the teachers profile in the implementation of science learning based on curriculum 2013 of Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. There were 6 teachers samples taken from purposive sampling. Research data were qualitative data, consist of descriptions of implementation process of learning by the teachers. The observations sheets of the learning implementation were analyzed descriptively by comparing the standard processes and scientific approach. The results showed that the implementation of science teaching by teachers at class VII SMP in Bandar Lampung was in accordance with the standards process with average score of 66,41% in medium category and suitable with the scientific approach with average score of ...
