This study was aimed to describe the teachers profile in the implementation of science learning based on curriculum 2013 of Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. There were 6 teachers samples taken from purposive sampling. Qualitative data, consist of descriptions of implementation process of learning by the teachers. The observations sheets of the learning implementation were analyzed descriptively by comparing standard processes and scientific approach. The results showed that the implementation of science teaching by teachers at class VIII SMP in Bandar Lampung was in accordance with the standards process with average score of 52,13% in medium category. However it was not appropriate with the scientific approach with average score of 42%...
